Elijah Berry
I was born in May 3rd 1995, in Yuma, Arizona. At the beginning of third grade, I discovered Flash Animation and wanted to try it out myself. I was already drawing at a young age, but I was inspired to share my drawings and animations online, no matter how bad they looked.
I first came up with the name “Color Theory Entertainment” back in 2013. The “Color” part was to fight back against Call of Duty or gritty Hollywood movies that kept things grey and dark. The “Theory” part was to emphasize that I’m always going to experiment and try new things. Even series won’t follow a formula one to one and be monotonous. Entertainment is just that, to entertain you.
I went to Glendale Community College to end up graduating with an Associates Degree in Digital Media Arts. Nowadays, I work as an IT Operations Specialist since February 2020.
The reason why I’ve launched this website was because I wanted to get away from all of social media. Twitter, Facebook, even content hosting sites like YouTube, DeviantArt, and Instagram, no longer felt appealing to post my art and full thoughts. Instead, I want to have my own website where nothing is controlled by the algorithm. You want to search for specific tags or years? It should be easy to do that.
